Mango Chutney
Use this homemade blend in my Curry chicken recipe.
Makes approximately 1 cup
1 ripe Mango3 to 4 cloves cut to fine powder (or the equivalent in powder form, approximate 1 tsp)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar or White Vinegar
2 to 3 pinches of cinnamon
1. Peel Mango and chop into small pieces
2. Add Mango with above ingredients into a pan
3. Cook on low until mix thickens
